What are the return conditions?


You can return your product free of charge within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days it is unfortunately no longer possible to return your product.
 

How to request a return


You can return your product free of charge within 30 days of purchase. To return your product contact the Baristina support team.

If you need support of have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via our Customer Support


In case we cannot resolve your request in first contact, you will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.


If you do not agree with the solution or if we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform

How do I return my old device?


If you have purchased a new electronic device from our online shop, you can return your old (similar) device to us so that we can recycle it in accordance with the legal requirements.

You can send us your old device. Of course, you can also drop off your device at the recycling centre in your community. 

If you would like to return your old device to us for recycling, please contact our customer service and follow their instructions.
 

  • Drain and clean the device (free of liquids and coffee beans or powder).
     

  • Pack the old device in a sturdy cardboard box with appropriate dimensions or in a sealed, tear-resistant bag. Ensure that any loose parts are properly secured so that other products cannot be damaged during transport.
     

Please note that the parcel is only free of charge if it has a parcel label provided by Baristina / Versuni.
